Dr. Barrows, an experienced dermatologist, has assembled a team of professionals and built a practice with
state-or-the-art equipment to care for his friends and neighbors.

Dr. Barrows opened his practice in 1996 in the North Texas area. He was raised in West Texas where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin in Odessa. He earned his medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock where he was recognized with the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Medical Society Award.
Matthew Bruno, PA-C, attended Louisiana State University and graduated in 2006 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. A native of South Louisiana, Matthew also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Zoology and Plant Biology (1999).
Christi L. Bailey, MPAS, PA-C graduated cum laude from Baylor University before going on to earn a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. While at UT Southwestern, Christi became particularly interested in dermatology and went on to complete a one-year postgraduate dermatology.
Heidi Cook, MPAS, PA-C is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. She trained extensively at Parkland Hospital and Dallas VA Hospital and is proficient in Spanish!
Amy Jones, MPAS, PA-C graduated magna cum laude from Midwestern State University before going on to become a licensed Paramedic in 2003 and earn a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2005.
