Dr. Matthew Barrows, MD., employs a three-pronged approach to care: Prevention, detection and treatment. He opened his Allen practice over 15 years ago and over time expanded his care to reach people in McKinney and Rockwall. While all his offices include aesthetic (cosmetic) skincare treatments, his McKinney practice includes RejuveDermMD - a dedicated medical spa that includes laser skin services in addition to treatments such as Botox and injectables.

Not only was Dr. Barrows the first dermatologist to practice in the McKinney/Allen community, he is also one of a select few in North Texas who performs Mohs surgery.

Dermatology Skin Cancer Surgery Center has CLIA-certified pathology labs at all three locations, staffed by certified histotechnicians. The medical team can process tissue and examine it on site.

We are also open every other Friday and Saturday, with limited appointments available on Saturdays. Same day appointments are also available.
